Fresh Veggie and Tortellini Soup

Are you looking for a simple, delicious dinner to make this week? Well, you're in luck! I just that to share with you today! With just a few ingredients, you will have yourself a tasty, healthy meal!

Here's what you're going to need!
1 package of four cheese tortellini
1 container of chicken broth
spinach (desired amount)
1 package of mushrooms
green onions

I love this meal because it's a one pot wonder! Simply add everything to your pot and add about 1 cup of water. Cook on a low-medium heat with lid. Continue to add small amounts of water to maintain consistency. Turn heat to low and allow to cook at least 30 minutes. By this time, your veggies will be soft and full of flavor! Serve with fresh baguette and a crisp white wine, yum! Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired.

Hello beautiful  Happy Friday!! I'm so thrilled it's the weekend! I'm looking forward to spending time with my hubby and family! Do you have anything fun planned? Have your little one's started back to school yet? Mine go back Tuesday. Did you get the chance to check out the free printable I made for the first day of school? Don't miss it ;)

I'm still obsessing over my office design. I am just itching to get it started!!! I'm still not 100% back on my feet from spraining my ankle, so I'm taking it slow. I'm gathering as much inspiration as I can! I am goo-goo for gold! That is one of the must-haves in my design!

Fab Pins of the Week!

Hello gorgeous! It's Friday, whoop whoop! Do you have any exciting plans for this weekend? I'm hoping to cross of at least a couple of current projects off my list! I tend to get myself into numerous projects at once, and then I get frustrated when I have to finish them all. Do you ever do this?

I'm in full swing of gathering inspiration for my home office, which I will begin to design late Summer/early Fall. I am still having a hard time as to finding exactly what I want! I tend to take my decorating slow, so once I start to get some major pieces in there, I think things will start to fall into place! Meanwhile, here's what's been inspiring me this week!

Love Your Life ♥

Do you ever catch yourself complaining about your current situation, realizing it's really not even anything to complain about? Naturally, it's something we all do. When you think about it, it's really quite unfortunate. I don't want to complain about my life, because I am blessed to have the life I do, just like all of you out there. My life is not extravagant, but I don't need for anything. I have a happy, blessed marriage, two beautiful, amazing children, a wonderful, supportive family, a beautiful, safe home and many more things I could continue to name. This past week has been one unlike any other during my 26 years. I had a bad fall and severely sprained my ankle. It was quite the recovery, sitting around feeling hopeless, not able to cook dinner for my family, clean up after my kids, let the dog out... But, if I learned anything from that experience, it's to be grateful for what you have, if you're not happy, do something to make your situation better! Love your life

Enjoy this freebie printable! Right click and save to your desktop and print from there. I plan on framing this and adding it to my gallery wall in my office
